I did not receive a paycheck in 2008 therefore, I will not be receiving a 2008 W-2 form. (You need not do anything further. We do not need to file a 2008 tax return for you.)

I have the W-2 form in my possession. (You must post or scan/email the W2 form to us immediately so that we can process your tax return.)

It must be lost in the mail or it was never issued. (You must contact your employer and obtain a duplicate of the W-2 form and have it posted or scanned/emailed to us immediately so that we can process your tax return.)
